Can I sue you if there is an error on the website?
No.  The content of the Websites is only for reference and informative purposes and does not create any obligation for Arcosa or its affiliates. The Websites are offered as-is, and no warranties of any kind are provided for their use.

Is there a limit on the actual damages I can recover?
